Brady Nolan '01

Brady Nolan is the Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer for Till, a venture backed financial technology company that believes that rental housing can be a platform for financial inclusion.  It is building a suite of products for both renters and landlords that uses data, and the home as an access point, to enhance the financial position of residents and create value for communities. Prior to Till, Brady spent 15 years in various capacities in the apartment investment and development industry, most recently as Managing Director of Acquisitions for Urban Atlantic, a leading regional investor based in the Washington D.C. area that owns roughly 5,000 market rate and affordable apartments. Brady also serves as a co-founding advisor and board member of TF Living, the leading tech enabled real estate amenities company providing fitness, massage, and dog walking services at 100,000 homes in 30 states.  A graduate of the University of Maryland and Georgetown, Brady is most proud of his family: his wife, Kara, and their three children – Cooper, Mills and Virginia.
