Severn Teel Campus Book Fair Goes Local

This year, Severn School has partnered with local independent bookstore Park Books to bring the joy of literature closer to home.
The Teel Campus Book Fair is right around the corner! This year, Severn School has partnered with local independent bookstore Park Books to bring the joy of literature closer to home.

“We’re really excited to support a local business,” said Director of the Library Whitney Etchison. “We wanted to offer a better selection of books and provide book pre-orders; Park is able to do that.”

In addition to the selection of books and availability of pre-orders, Park Books will be giving the Teel Campus library a percentage of all proceeds from the fair. This will allow the library to purchase books for students that attend Middle and Upper School book clubs.

Along with books, there will be Valentine’s Day treats and bookish merch available for purchase. Students who wish to preorder books from Park Books website can use the promo code SEVERN at checkout to have their orders brought to campus.

The book fair will run from February 10 to 13, opening at 7:30 a.m. and closing at 4 p.m. each day.
